Shipping and Delivery Details
We offer a courier service to all areas of South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries outside of the borders of South Africa.
Our delivery time, once the order is with our courier service provider, is measured in working days and depends on the shipping option selected at check-out. Order processing times may be longer for EFT payments, orders will be processed when the funds reflect in our account.
Should there be any exceptions to the above we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement. We will always endeavour to ensure your products are delivered in the shortest possible time frame.
Free delivery for orders over R1500*.
*Free delivery is not applicable for areas considered “outlying” by couriers – those that incur a surcharge for delivery.
Please note, collection is strictly by appointment and carries a surcharge. Contact us to book a 30min slot Monday – Friday between 10am and 1pm.
R100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the slot, this will be set off against your order total or used as a cancellation fee if you do not honour your appointment.
