1. Final Sale Policy
To ensure the integrity and safety of our products for all clients, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. This policy ensures that every product you receive from us is brand new, uncontaminated, and direct from the manufacturer.
2. Exceptions & Claims
We stand by the quality of our supplies. We will offer a replacement or refund under the following specific circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If an item arrives compromised, you must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
Incorrect Orders: If we have shipped the wrong item, please alert us within 2 days of delivery.
To process a claim, please email info@blaquesigma.co.za with:
Your Order Number.
High-resolution photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received.
A brief description of the discrepancy.
Note on Incorrect Items: If a replacement is approved for an incorrect order, the original item must be returned to our courier in its original, unopened packaging. If the item is not handed over to the courier, the replacement will not be released.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios & Disclaimer
In accordance with health and safety regulations regarding medical-grade supplies, and following the strict criteria outlined in the Exceptions section above, refunds or replacements will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Medical & Hygiene Breach: Any product that has been opened, handled, used, or has had its sterile seal/tamper-evident packaging broken. Due to the risk of cross-contamination, these items are legally non-returnable.
Professional Results: As these products are for professional use, refunds are not provided for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with performance, or adverse reactions. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are a trained professional capable of managing product application and patch testing.
Shipping Errors: Orders where an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address was provided by the customer at checkout.
Late Claims: Any request made after the 2-day (48-hour) window specified in our Exceptions policy.
