Cancelling or rescheduling. Treatments are paid at the studio, so please give us at least 24 hours notice, using the link in your confirmation. A prepaid package session can be moved once, with at least 24 hours notice, and it stays on your package. Less than 24 hours notice, a second move, or a no-show uses that session. For training, cancel at least 7 days before the course date and your deposit moves once to a later date. A later or second cancellation forfeits the deposit.
