When does my first guide arrive

Within a day of joining, by email, together with the link to your private member journey. After that, one guide every week.

Can I really pause

Yes. Your position in the programme is saved, not the date. Pause after week 6 and you return to week 7, whenever that is.

What happens after week 12

The journey keeps going. New monthly themes — skin and glow, energy, gut health, hormone-friendly eating and more — drop for as long as your membership runs, so a 12-month member is never re-reading old content.

Is this medical advice

No. The weekly programme is general wellness and nutrition education. On Premium, your personalised starting plan is prepared, reviewed and signed off by a registered dietitian. When something personal comes up, bring it to your monthly nurse check-in or book a private one-on-one with our dietitian straight from your member journey — and anything medical also belongs with your own doctor.

How do the Premium live sessions work

You submit questions ahead of each quarterly webinar and the dietitian weaves the themes into a prepared session, so everyone gets answers without the meeting losing its way. A replay is shared afterwards. The monthly nurse check-in is a small group session for accountability and general wellness. Anything personal goes to a private one-on-one with the dietitian.
